The Space: This holiday home offers a comfortable layout, featuring three bedrooms and one full bathroom, plus a second toilet for added convenience. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The master bedroom and living spaces boast breathtaking views of Rotorua city and the shimmering Lake Rotorua, offering an enchanting vista day and night. Bedroom two is furnished with a queen-size bed, while bedroom three provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a double bed and a single bed. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck, complete with outdoor furniture and a relaxing hot tub. Easy to find but private setting. My partner, my two children and I stayed and absolutely loved this property. We often use bookabachs and this has been one of our fav places. And the alpacas were so adorable! The spa at night is epic as If it’s a clear night you can look up at the stars. The property is so close to town (not even a 10 min drive) but yet when your there you feel like your on a private rural property... simply awesome! We will definitely stay again 🙂 ##### Elizabeth A.
