This was our family home for 15 years and was a fantastic place for our kids to grow up - it was like always being on holiday! With a half acre of land to spread out on, including a 50 metre long sandy beach and huge lawn area for cricket or soccer or whatever, your family will love the environment, the space and the private access to the water's edge. Situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac away from Rotorua's sulphur smells, our holiday home is close to all the famous Rotorua attractions. Three excellent golf courses are within a few minutes drive and world-class fly fishing is available at the bottom of the garden, with the famous Ngongotaha stream a 200 metre stroll along the sandy beach. The local boat ramp is a 1 minute drive away and we have a secure boat park and washdown area inside the property, or you can anchor at the bottom of the garden... The massive deck offers the best outside living, with BBQ and covered area for wet weather. Location is ideal, directly on the lake shore, in a very quiet suburb, but not far from Rotorua CBD. The view from the living room and master bedroom is just great!
