"Hotel was perfect for me and my kids. It had lots of mirrors to get ready and a cute little seating area.s Taff was so nice. We loved it."

"When booking hotel the site never mentioned pool was closed and when you have little kids pools are a must on vacation . Wasn't happy about that and hotel breakfast was very expensive for the selection they had."

"There is a lot (lots&lots) of construction around. Had to be moved to a room not so close to the construction. Still some construction but not as bad."

"The hotel over booked rooms so we had to settle for a smaller bed that didn't work for us after I had already prepaid. If I had known they would do that I would not have stayed here it was extremely unprofessional. Our room had no hand soap and drawers left open."

"Eagle tower is old and run down, stay at the other towers. Front desk is not as helpful when requesting for an extra day of stay. No effort done for help. The Island Bingo staff is great. There's no valet, although there are shuttles to help take you to the parking lot, it would have been better to have a valet. Bell desk is no help either."
