"Nice place to stay. Peaceful neighborhood, spacious house. Our group of four adults and three small children had plenty of room to relax. Easy walk to the beach. House is very well stocked. Kitchen has almost all staples you may need, along with many cleaning and laundry supplies. We appreciated the available beach chairs and outdoor shower. Our kids enjoyed the provided beach toys. Location is a bit of a drive to grocery stores, so be sure to plan accordingly. We enjoyed being away from the crowds though, and the scenic refuge views nearby sure beats the city. Two nice decks where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The beach was good for our young children as the waves on the bay are much smaller. While certainly not a reflection of this house, be aware there are LOTS of horseshoe crabs, many of which are dead and attract painful biting flies. Take fly repellant, which helps but didn't completely spare us. Some days, time on the beach was nearly intolerable due to the persistent attacks. Despite the nice house, this experience would give us pause on returning to this location. We did utilize the provided shovel and landscape rake to clear some of the debris. The designated access area to the beach is also fairly small. It is challenging to contain many people within the specified boundry while avoiding setup in front of other private homes as requested. Kimberly was very responsive to any correspondence and the home was as described. We had a good time in Prime Hook!"

"House was clean and neat. All was as expected. Neighborhood was super quiet. Enjoyed the views, and easy access to bay! This would be a great base point for your visit to Delaware beaches."

"My daughter, dogs and I spent a week in May at this cute cottage on Broadkill Beach. The house was clean and nicely set up. The screened in front porch is bigger than it appears and was perfect for hanging out. The fenced backyard was a godsend for the dogs. Although the cottage can theoretically sleep 8, I wouldn’t recommend it as the living area is very small and the one bathroom is tiny. My only (minor) complaint was that the outside shower wasn’t turned on during our stay. It would have been useful after coming back from the beach."

"My friends and I decided at the last minute to do a week-end at the beach. This place and was open and suited our needs as far as sleep accommodations, dogs allowed and walkable to the/a beach - especially one that allows dogs. Really glad it was available! We had a great trip and also enjoyed the Broadkill store and weekend donuts! If you need a little more excitement, Lewes, Henlopen, and Rehoboth/Dewey are not too far away."

"Cozy beach house with beautiful view! Saw fox, eagle, and many species of birds. Nicely decorated in light colors. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. Nice roomy deck and enclosed porch offered lovely evening breezes. Wonderful sunset from the deck every night. A quiet area with friendly neighbors."

"Best beach house EVER! We stayed here last year and had to come back. Terry is so easy to deal with. This amazing house is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The house sits right on Broadkill Beach with a beautiful deck and easy access for humans and doggos. Our pup loves this place too. He loves sitting on the deck or laying on his bed inside. Nice kitchen that is well stocked with necessities. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is just enough for 2 adults. Lots of places to sit and read or watch some tv. Convenient to Rehoboth and all beaches south and lots of other activities. Love this place and will definitely be back!!! ❤️"
