Amzing service.... rooms were very clean and Luca met us for check in to show us how the lockbox works. The cleaner and the building maintenace guy is also very nice and friendly.
It’s very close to station.
Check in was virtual, I had to share my ID over WhatsApp. Room was clean and spacious.

Liked: Staff & service
The property was conveniently located near the train station but the surrounding area was dirty and potentially unsafe. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to drop our bags off in our room before it was ready.
Close to the train station; walkable to major attractions; did not see staff everything done by internet; staff in daily while out to clean room and change linens & replace toilet paper as necessary. Bathroom small especially the shower, water draining slowly in the shower. Acceptable clean close to attractions
Everything was just fine, the access into the room, the Communication and if you had questions, you could just write and got a fast answer ! You also could hang a sign outside the door, if you want to get your room cleaned. It is at the termini station so you have every bus and subway near you and you were fast at the attractions. I can only recommend it!

The cleaning was good.
There wasn’t much service, as it is a self-Check in place without reception.
But the staff we met was nice and helpful.
The location is right next to the Termini train station, which is very practical for getting around Rome.
On the downside it was really noisy 24/7 - even with the windows closed.
The building is old and the not well maintained - but the room was ok.
Light and spacious room with all the necessities: mini fridge, kettle, iron and ironboard. Everything was clean and as expected from the pictures. The host was very helpful and Quick responding. There is a bit of noise coming from the street, and the door to the hallway has zero noise reduction, so you can clearly hear whenever your neighbors are coming and going. This was a few times a bit annoying when they came in at 1-2 in the night and was talking loud in the hall, and playing loud Music from their room.

The room is quite spacious and reasonably clean. You only get one pillow per person-they were flat pathetic pillows-an expectation of two pillows per person is not unreasonable. The shower base also fills up with water within a minute of showering. - this needs to be fixed!!!!
The owner/manager communicated well with us and was quite friendly. The lift is small and a bit
scary however it does wor.
The advantages of the hotel are that if you are coming to Rome for sightseeing and will use public transportation, it is 2 minutes walking distance to Termini metro station. The disadvantages are that it is located in a place where there are many homeless and refugees, there is a lot of security risk, there is no security in the hotel, the outer locked door is broken, people are constantly entering. The theft rate is the highest, attention should be paid. I do not recommend it to women visitors alone. The insulation is very bad, you hear all the sounds around you, you cannot sleep. It is a place where there is constant noise. The toilets are narrow and the drains are clogged, the smell and dirt come back from the toilet. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. It was the worst place I have ever been. Don't be fooled by the price.
It was a nice room and close to the train terminal so it was easy to get around.

3 days in Rome
The place was clean and convenient to train station, and 20 minute walk to ancient part of city. Very bare bones, super tiny shower, and small overall. If you only an to sleep there its a decent value
The bed was not clean; I found hair on the pillow and the bed cover. The smell in the bathroom was unpleasant, and the AC (heating) did not work on the first night
I was not impressed with the area, very noisy and constant street vendors harassing is. The room was ok and bed linen clean and towels. No staff to address concerns or issues.

Not great
The room we stayed in did not match the photos — there was no table or desk in our double room. The bathroom was very small (our knees were literally underneath the sink when we sat at the toilet) and there was no seal at the bottom of the shower door so the bathroom floor flooded with water when we showered. There is only one AC unit so when you close the sliding doors between the two rooms, the room that doesn’t have the AC unit in it is not temperature controlled. The beds were rather hard/uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was clean and the host was responsive via WhatsApp.
