Stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience. Erica was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the place was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The AC worked perfectly also free wifi available and the complimentary breakfast was a great added touch. I would definitely book again!

Very cute, clean, property owner was very helpful, arranged rides to and from airport. Greeted us at the gate when we arrived. Room very clean, loved the rustic feel. It's was very hot and humid would have been nice if the air was turned on prior to our arrival but once than it conditioning was turned on the room eventually cooled down. So no problem Overall really good experience, I would stay there again!

The host kindly accommodated our early arrival, helped direct us to local points of interest, arranged for a very early transport to the airport the next day, and left a lovely tray of goodies, coffee and juice boxes for a quick bite. We are very grateful for this gracious hospitality.

We were welcomed by Enrica as she organized our taxi’s to and from the place. She was there for our arrival and departure to answer any questions. Room was perfect was for our overnight stay and we enjoyed the beach after the 35 minute walk. Breakfast was a simple snack to start us off.

Staying at The Yellow House was a perfect ending to our Italian vacation, so convenient to the airport. Enrica is a fantastic hostess, who saw to our every need and also recommended a wonderful seafood restaurant nearby. This was a great experience and we would highly recommend this property to other travelers!

A clean room with all the necessary equipment for our last night in Italy. The home is in a nice area close to the airport. We walked to a restaurant that was recommended by the owner and it was good. You can even take a taxi and go walk by the sea . She helped us to get a transportation to the airport as well .

Very convenient and having secure parking was VERY nice. Within easy walking distance of a pasticceria, a bar cafe and a very nice restaurant. The hostess was exceptionally kind and helpful. There is an electric kettle for caffe and tea and some nice packaged breakfast items and a mini refrigerator for those that need it.

Really wonderful option for visiting Ostia Antica or easy flights in and out of Rome Fiumicino. The property is lovely, host is incredible kind and helpful, location is ideal and surrounded by nice restaurants a couple of blocks by foot, rooms are large and comfortable with AC, plenty of parking, and the price is on point. Excellent all around.
