Great property. Very comfortable and close to the Rome Tennis Center. Rock band Pam were fantastic hosts. All of the check-in and check-out processes were easy. Will rebook next tme we are in Rome for another tournament.

Very clean, perfect location

This is the best home if you’re visiting Berry College! Our son had to stay for fall break due to athletics. This home is exactly as described. Extremely clean, especially since they allow dogs. We had our dog with us, and he loved it too! We took advantage of the large, fenced back yard, hot tub, grill ping pong table and more! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at Rocky 4

We stayed at Rocky 4 for a week while participating in a tournament at the Rome Tennis Center. Everything about our stay was easy and perfect for our needs. The location is about 2-3 minutes from the tennis center. The house was spacious with an excellent layout, very clean, and well represented in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our host was responsive and checked on us during the stay to make sure we were not having any issues. I highly recommend this rental and we plan to rebook on our next visit. Thank you Rocky for a wonderful stay!

My family and I came down for my nephews graduation. The owner was always available to answer any questions we had (no matter what time). The house was very clean and updated, had everything we needed and more. I loved that every thing was labeled in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub was a plus. Very spacious yard. Drive way parking. Close to shopping and in a very nice and safe neighborhood. We had a wonderful time. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Nationals Tennis Tournament

This is the perfect place to stay if you need quick access to the Rome Tennis Center. We were literally 5mins from the courts . The house was lovely and hot tub was a bonus. I wish the Georgia weather had been a bit warmer so we could have sat outside and enjoyed the back yard:).

Home away from Home

We needed a place to stay while work was done on our home. The location was perfect and the owners were a dream to work with. We came with a lot and they were gracious and helpful and understanding. The house was perfect, the hot tub was an added plus and the fenced yard was the cherry on top. Pet friendly they are! Would highly recommend!

Perfect for tennis and kids

This property was perfect for attending a tennis tournament. I brought my young daughter with me and it was perfect to have the pool and playground for her while we were in between matches. I’m already looking to book again next year.

Rocky and Pam were great!! Emailed them to see if we could possibly check in 1 hour early. They quickly responded and were very accommodating! They communicated during our stay to see if we needed anything. The house and property were in great condition. House was very clean and the neighborhood felt very safe! We were visiting for our son the have a game day recruiting visit at Berry College. The location was great for that! My family and I would definitely stay here again!
