My wife and I traveled to Italy for two weeks, we started in Rome in Donna margarita, we arrived late at night, the manager Giorgio was a real pleasure!! He let us check in late he directed us what to do and left us a key so we can check in. The location is amazing right by everything. 5 mins walk from main train station Termini, the rooms were clean and well taken care of!! Giorgio helped us so much with everything we needed even after we left the room I still contacted him for every little question and he was extremely helpful with finding directions and laws that we needed to know he informed me about a lot of things that no other place ever did!! The service and the rooms are AMAZING!!! I would definitely go back there when I’m back in Rome!! Jay is the person who gave us the keys and explained to us everything about the hotel and was also super friendly. The room had a good size, but the bed was terrible. The mattress was super thin. I could even feel the springs but the most horrible thing is that they were two twin beds next to each other, I was with my husband and if one of us wanted to go to the center of the bed we couldn’t because there was a hole in the middle. Unfortunately the only thing that I can recommend about this place is the location and Jay.
