Perfect Beachfront Rental with Beautiful Views!

  • Wonderful beach with spectacular views of Guana Cay and Ocean. You can enjoy swimming or relaxing on your back porch facing the ocean. Our 1-bedroom rental has its own private entrance and porch at the front and back. Our modern apartment is completely furnished with an apartment size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all other basic necessities. The bedroom consists of a queen bed, walk in closet with dresser, ceiling fan and air conditioner with individual temperature control. The lounge area has a flat screen television and comfortable couch that converts into a twin sized sofa-bed. It also has a ceiling fan and temperature-controlled air conditioner. The bathroom is complete with tub, shower, toilet and hand basin. There is a table with chairs for indoor dining and table and chairs on the back porch for relaxing and dining while enjoying the beach views. Chaise lounge chairs are also available for sunbathing. There is access to free unlimited Wi-Fi.

This property is such a gem. Not only is it beachfront on a beach that would make any U.S. beach envious, but it has the absolute best hosts! The family lives on the property and were exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay. The beach is also very quiet. It often felt like we were the only ones on the beach! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway away!!

This was the perfect get away. Most of our time was spent outside under the shade trees watching the beautiful scenery around us. Easy private access to the beach. We lived our time here and look forward to returning. The host was in contact especially when the weather got stormy. They are very friendly and if we needed something, they got it done quickly.

Betty and Oswald’s place on the beach was wonderful! The location was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for in Exuma. Betty and Oswald were incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved being right on the beach and enjoying the amazing views each day. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Exuma!

My wife and I loved our stay here. We walked right out the door to the beach. The beach was about a mile long and beautiful. We started our mornings drinking coffee and watching turtles. We loved the location. It was away from the hustle of Georgetown. There were two great beaches with sandbars close, Exuma Point and Coco Plum. Two of the best restaurants on the island were 5-10 minutes away, Coco Plum Bistro and Salt Restobar. The Nixon’s were great hosts. We highly recommend this spot.

If you're looking for a gorgeous secluded beach, this is the place to stay. Accomodations are small but bed was comfortable. Kitchen and living area are very small and rustic. Having a car is a plus but if you book tours, they will pick you up and drop off. The owner was easy to communicate with. She answered right away.

Perfect getaway right on the beach!

We absolutely loved this place! It was nice and quiet, had our own beach on a beautiful bay. We saw a couple of sea turtles and lots of puppies running around. The hosts were great, jasmine made sure to check in with us and make sure we were settled. Ill definitely be looking to book here again!

Beachfront paradise

Betty and Oswald are amazing hosts! This was our second time staying here, we are always going to book this place for our stays. They are the sweetest family, made us feel like we were staying with our own family. They treated us to homemade dinner one evening out on the back porch, it was so good and a great experience getting to talk with them. Beautiful place on the water with so much character.

We had such an amazing time and our hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The place has everything you need, and you can fall out your back door onto the beach and what feels like your own private beach! Don’t miss having dinner at Lighthouse Cafe and ice cream. It’s right next down and feels like home cooking!

This property is a hidden gem, such a cute little rental. It had everything we needed and was very clean. It is on a beautiful beach with almost no other people on it. There are several places to eat close by. The host checked on us several times while we were there to make sure everything was ok. It is about a 30 minute drive to Georgetown but we knew that when we booked and had a rental car and it was a easy drive. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back.
