"This was a wonderful cottage, the best in which we had ever stayed and we have stayed in a lot! The location only 5 minutes walk from a stunning beach and within walking distance of at least 2 others was fantastic. The cottage was spacious and was equipped with everything you could have possibly needed. The view from the front windows was so lovely. Local people were very friendly. "

"Amazing property and another fantastic stay in the Uists. Such a lovely area with lots to do and see and peaceful. The cottage was everything we wanted, with friendly hosts. To be strongly recommended. Have booked for next year already. Feeling restored and looking forward to next year."

The location whilst being remote is extremely peaceful and within easy reach of Tarbert for supplies and the ferry."

"Wonderful setting, beautiful views. Not near grocery so come well stocked. Lovely coffee yurt a couple miles down the road. The house was as-advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was that we never received check-in instructions or an access code despite leaving emails and a voicemail 2 days in advance…so we drove 4 hours to a locked house on a weekend. Thankfully someone picked up when we called from the house and gave us the access code. I’m sure this was not a typical situation but just make sure you receive check-im instructions before make the drive. The property rental company never responded to our email about it."

"This was the perfect spot for our exploration of Isle of Skye. The cottage was exactly as pictured, the bed comfortable, the view impeccable,and the hosts lovely. They met us on arrival to show us some things in the house and gave us fresh bed an homemade jam. They were very responsive to questions. We could not have asked for a better stay and I hope we can return some day!"
