« What a great hidden gem! Great location near the historic district. Parking was great but a little narrow driveway for our big truck! We were able to get curb parking. The living room was so cozy! Everything is brand new. We will stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for a great place to stay. »

« Very enjoyable spacious studio with all the comfort and quiet needed to visit family and friends in the area. Comfortable bed; at one point I turned to my partner and said, "let's move in!!" Sufficient kitchen stocked with snacks, easily accessed wifi, and subtle lighting that makes for easy reading and afternoon drinks. Would definitely return on our next trip. »

« We had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, everything was clean and well prepared including fresh linens and towels. The home is very airy with plenty of room to hangout and watch tv or prepare a meal and dine in. We will definitely consider staying here again. »

« This was perfectly located! Very clean and up to date. There was a slight issue with the AC that got fixed but the wifi did go out halfway through the stay which was a bummer. I highly recommend this stay! The value was incredible! Very communicative throughout as well! »

« Loved the location and amenities of this bright airy condo! It’s conveniently located to restaurants and shops in historic downtown Wilmington plus the kitchen boasts everything you could need to prepare simple meals. Parking pass for a nearby parking deck (three short blocks away) worked great, as walking is the best way to move thru downtown. We were a little concerned about the possibility of ambient noise from the riverwalk and nearby venues, but the condo is well-insulated and soundproof....

« Hosts were fabulous, great communication and so helpful when I made a dumb mistake. This first floor duplex is cute as a button, very comfortable, clean, well appointed and thoughtfully laid out. Very convenient to historic downtown and restaurants. Info packet was packed with great ideas, and had QR codes »

« Room was extremely clean, had everything we needed, check in was super easy, host was very nice and kept in touch when needed. The only complaint which isnt about the room itself but we did not get any sleep because the night life and cars revving their engines all hours of the night. It was extremely loud and hard to sleep. Not sure if it was because we came during halloween. Bring a fan or sound machine to sleep »

« Great little apartment. Steve very quick to respond to request such as space heater. It was delivered by Hunter who was friendly and professional. Loved tv in bedroom and stocked coffee for coffee maker. My mom would have liked to have a regular chair to get dressed on in bedroom as bed is high but very comfortable. Stairs a little tricky but my 87 yr old mom made it up them. Great stay overall, hence the rating. »
