The managers were responsive and polite, even when I was initially leary of the paperwork required to rent the property. Overall very nice space, and will rent again. »

« Our family (numbering 17-29, depending on the day.) had a wonderful time. The home, pool, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Monica was always available by text and responded promptly. When the internet was unresponsive after a power outage, a technician was at the house in less than an hour and promptly solved the problem. As a bonus, Franklin turned out to be a delightful town with a vibrant downtown area. And of course, Nashville was a stone's throw away and enjoyed by all ......

« Everything about Deer Ridge Lodge is exceptional ! It was the perfect place to meet our son's family for a mini vacation. « Nice property with plenty of room, once you get past the plastic covers on a lot of the furniture. Nothing fancy or elegant, but comfortable for our group of eight women. We liked the midpoint between Nashville and Franklin.We liked that the host provided coffee, milk, and juice,, as well as make up remover wipes, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The farm animals were fun, especially the wake up call from the rooster and a family of wild turkeys. Fun visit! »

« We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Franklin. The neighborhood was peaceful and surrounded by vibrant greenery, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. « Loved the house as soon as we walked in. Everyone had plenty of space and the porches were very nice for some extra areas for games and just visiting. Bedding was very comfortable and clean. Showers were well stocked and had great water pressure. Only draw back was that the parking was limited. We did notice some mold in ice and water dispenser but host said they would have cleaners look into it. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Stayed here for a concert at FirstBank Amphitheater. Short drive to the venue, and lots to do nearby! Got invited to the barn to meet the horses on arrival, as it was feeding time. Went over to the fence the next morning, and one walked right over to say hi. Loved the space! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. »
