The 3 bathrooms feature tub/showers, a 6' jetted bathtub in the master bathroom, and hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy the Pool Table, Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Large Deck, Electric Piano, Fireplace and Tankless Hot Water Heater. Swings, Playground Equipment, Tennis & Basketball Courts at the school behind the home are available to use after school hours. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and modern amenities like Super Fast WiFi, & Central Heating & AC. Fall in love with Murfreesboro and enjoy the magic it has to offer. This home is close to I-24 & I-840 and there are lots of Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Sam's and Costco within a 5 minute drive. The photos show carpet and vinyl flooring, but the entire house has recently been upgraded to Luxury Vinyl Wood Planks. The only bedroom with carpet now is the downstairs bedroom.
