"Check in was a breeze and staff were very friendly. Walls are a little too thin… we heard neighbors and people talking and running all night. But room was clean, beds are comfy and breakfast was excellent. Overall great hotel. Will definitely stay again. "

"First odor we were met with in the lobby was the odor of marijuana which was present throughout the hotel. Interior of lobby was a little run down. Elevators were rickety and slow. Room furniture was completely mismatched. Stains on the floor. Peep hole missing tissue paper placed in it to block view. TV would not come on. Beds were uncomfortable pillows old and in poor shape. Sheets stained.Found a tick crawling in the bed. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Bathroom door was peeling apart. Refrigerator glaze everything in it. Pool area was dirty and pool bathroom was plain scary. Dirty over flowing holes in the walls again just scary nasty. Definitely on the list of never again and a lesson on being cheap learned. "

"Upon check in at approximately 5pm, I was told that my room was not ready (check in is at 3pm). I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could check in. Once I got in the room, my daughter wanted to sleep on the pull out sofa bed but when we pulled it out there was a nail clipping, hair, and dirty stains on the sheet. I looked over my queen bed and discovered stains on my sheets and the pillow looked as though it had be used. I contacted the front desk, and I was instructed to come down stairs to get new sheets, which I did. While putting new sheets on my queen bed, I discovered that the mattress pad had a blood stain on it. I once again contacted the front desk and they sent someone up to change it. When I asked front desk to comp one night because of al the issues I had, they stated they could not because I booked through hotel.com. I contacted hotel.com and they tried to discuss with the hotel about comping one night and they refused. "

"Gorgeous property with amazing, relaxing views! The staff is top tier - so kind, courteous, welcoming and helpful in any way! The rooms are spacious and modern, and the dining/bar area are beautiful as well! We love staying here when in the area!"
