Spacious and clean house near airport, theater and shopping center

Beautiful 4 bedroom /4 bath home with an oversized three-car attached garage in a super nice and quiet neighborhood at a cu de sac. The main floor has a ½ bath, big smart TV, two dining and living areas. The kitchen has brand new appliances and is fully stocked with utensils, a coffee pot, water boiler, and cooking equipment. Really nice washer/dryer set that sits on the main level for your convenience. Upstairs you will find a huge master bedroom with a king size bed, dresser, large desk, walk in closet, and a huge bathroom. You will also find another full bath and two other bedrooms with queen size beds upstairs. Please enjoy huge downstairs that has another full bath, a walkout, full of games including pool table/ping pong, air hockey, foosball table, cards, and another big smart TV. Surprisingly there is another huge bedroom with another king size bed downstairs as well. Exterior has beautiful and peaceful scenes/deck/back yard that can be seen from inside throughout the house. This house is a rare find as it provides everything you need: more space, more bedrooms/bathrooms, entertainment, convenience, cleanliness. Owner quickly responds to your calls/texts and tries his best to provide a nice stay for you. The house is only minutes from shopping malls, grocery stores, a movie theater, airport, downtown and Mayo clinic. Last but not least, all beds are always fresh, clean, and comfortable. This is truly a home away from home.

This property and location could not have been more perfect for our stay. Its location close to Mayo Clinic and the airport was ideal. The house was large enough for our family of four to spread out and get rest between holiday activities and for me to work remotely when needed. There were lots of activities for our teenagers and a large yard for them to enjoy the snow. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Another Great Stay!

We spend the Holidays at this house so that we have a place to unwind after spending time with family. It has all the amenities that a family would need to be comfortable and have fun. Also the owner is very responsive and helpful whenever a need or question arises. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Rochester and I look forward to staying there again next time!

We had the property booked to come over Thanksgiving, the night before, I brokle and we were not able to come. We were so disappointed as the house looked so fun to have a relaxing weekend. I had to message the host and cancel the property, the host was very helpful through this process. We hwill definitely book this un the future!

Excellent property

This was a beautifully detailed property in a great location. It's a few miles from downtown Rochester, which we like. We don't like being in the middle of a city. The yard is well-maintained with a lot of privacy d/t trees and bushes. There is a deck with table/chairs. The inside of the house was great for a family of 5, lots of room . Can't say enough good about the game room. It really kept the kids occupied (and us). We basically never watched TV as there were too many other things to do. There is a kids playground not far from the house down a public walking trail. Even though it's close to a freeway and the airport, the house is very quiet. We barely heard anything but ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the linens were just right weights. I very highly recommend this property. The host was easy to contact and responded in a very timely manner. There is no doubt that I would rent this property again.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect for our family of 5. There was an issue with the AC, but the host responded immediately and had a repairman out to resolve the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Phil and his property could not have been nicer. We visit Rochester for family health reasons which can be very stressful. The fact that Phil quickly responded to all of our questions and/or concerns eliminated any stress related to a lengthy stay. We also appreciated the kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our family instead of eating out. Another bonus was room to spread out and relax or play, along with areas to log into work remotely if needed.

Another Great Stay!

This is our second stay at this property and everything went great! Post holiday get-away

Great place to regroup after the holiday. Game room had lots of activities to keep the teenagers and adults entertained. House was consistent with the description, clean, and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to questions and when we needed anything. Fantastic home away from home

We stayed at this house August 6-12. It is located in a nice neighborhood with trails and a park perfect for families and children. Short drives to the Mayo Clinic,shopping,IMAX theatre,& Four Daughters winery. The house was very clean,comfortable and well maintained. The lawn and landscape is beautiful. We sat out on the deck each morning and evening listening to the breeze blow the trees. Great view and plenty of privacy. Communication with the owner was good too. Perfect home away from home

We needed a comfortable home away from home for ourselves, daughter, son-in-law and our two grandchildren during a hectic week of testing for our daughter at Mayo. This home was perfect to enjoy some family time when not at Mayo. Our grandchildren had plenty to entertain them with the big secluded backyard and the fun game room in the basement. The home had everything we needed and more for cooking family dinners each night and more than enough space for the six of us! The home was very clean, the neighborhood was wonderful and the ease of check‐in and check-out was fantastic! Phil communicated promptly to inquiries and wanted to make sure everything was as expected! We will definitely look to stay again for future visits to Rochester Mayo!

This house is great. Has a walking trail in the neighborhood. Has a great game room in basement. Several rooms on main floor with all the bedrooms upstairs. Two bathrooms and showers both upstairs with a small bathroom on the main floor. Kitchen was also great. Very nice house. Would for sure stay here again

Great Home Away from Home

We stayed for 8 days over the Christmas Holiday. The owner was fast to respond and very dedicated to making our trip a successful one. His property offers lots of space to unwind to help make our Holiday special. That included putting up a Christmas tree in the house upon our request. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable located near shops and a movie theater on the south side of town. We had snow during the trip and the owner was very quick to act and keep our driveway and walkways clear while we stayed comfortable inside. The kitchen was well stocked with two sitting areas to enjoy our home cooked meals. We will look for this house again to provide our future stays in Rochester a comfortable one. Thanks Phil for a great stay!

Our group had an amazing time here, this home is very beautiful, clean, spacious and our location was perfect. Rochester Stay

I initially chose this home due to the size. With my father being admitted into the St. Mary hospital, we were expecting family members to come visit, and with Covid policies enforced, we needed a gathering place. This house became our home away from home. With its large gathering spaces, the basement gaming room, the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for all family members to feel relaxed and comfortable in a stressful situation. Phil is amazing! He is quick to respond and he made sure that we were taken care of. We extended our stay twice and he was so accommodating to our wishes. We also required his assistance at the home and he responded at the door within 10 minutes. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood, with very pleasant neighbors, and has a beautiful back yard with walking path, that is right next to the house. The location is close to a Target, a gas station, McDonalds, and is about a 10 minute drive to the Mayo campuses. I would stay here again!!

Great game room!

Great location for heading down to Harmony to view some of the fall colors, and check out Niagara Cave. The kids absolutely loved the game room in the basement getting up early to play air hockey. Phil was an awsome host checking in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Would definitely stay again.
