"We stayed here the night before embarking in a river cruise. The rooms were affordable, comfortable and spacious with air conditioning (very welcome as it was extremely hot at the time). They offered an excellent breakfast buffet as well. The staff were helpful and held our bags the day we checked out so we could explore the city before we started our cruise. It was in a reasonable walking distance to the old town, not the most attractive neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe."

"We stayed in the Dom Suite- my 6yo, spouse and I. Very clean, very good shower, good air conditioning for 70-80F weather. Opened windows at night to cool down. Spectacular view of the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of cold/hot options. Staff let us store luggage for free. Checked out at 11am. Can walk to Rhein Seilbahn, Rheinpark, Ferris wheel and Chocolate museum. Toy stores, shopping, and restaurants nearby. 10/15min walk from Train station. Love the hotel. Great value for the money. $250/night."

"Well situated just one train stop east of city centre. Walkable in 20 minutes. Nearby bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and quick with check in and keeping the buffet breakfast area tidy. The breakfast times and choices are good. Food looks like it's a good quality. Pool is on the smaller size, but at least three lane space for swimming, and was good temperature for relaxing. Sauna is a good size. Didn't use the gym but it looked in good condition. The apartment style room had everything you need, including a washing machine (with washing powder which we eventually found). Washroom is spacious. A few minor issues. Washroom needs a bit of TLC. Grout mouldy in places. Our view out of the hotel is toward a litter strewn parking lot and the back side of the convention centre. And the bar, while very impressive, does not appear to function as one. While we were there, including over the weekend, I didn't see it was open. There are plenty of nearby options, it was just unusual for a hotel of that size not to operate as a bar. I would stay again."
