This hotel was better than most 5 star properties. No detail was missed from deluxe suite with balcony overlooking vineyards, impeccably clean, most attentive staff, amazing breakfast and dinner at their restaurant, and the town on Lake Garda in the mountains has stunning beauty.

Mycket trevligt och fräscht hotell, fint poolområde. Vi hade egen terass med utsikt över en vingård och bergen. Mycket fint. Enda minuset för vår del var att sängarna var för hårda.

Skønt hotel
Virkelig skønt hotel med dejlig udsigt mod bjergene. Meget sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Rengøringen er i top. Spa afdelingen er også fin. Eneste minus i år var, at der var børn , de måtte dog ikke være indenfor i spaafdelingen, men var udenfor ved poolen. Det forventer man ikke, når man har bestilt voksenhotel.

gutes Hotel alles in allem
Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt und alles schön sauber. Das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant können wir leider nicht empfehlen und auch hier sollten die Kellner nicht so arrogant den Gästen gegenüber sein. Parkplatzsition sollte unbedingt verbessert werden denn man möchte nicht jedes Mal nach einem Parkplatz fragen wenn der obige Parkplatz voll belegt ist und warten bis ein Mitarbeiter kommt um zu suchen wo man in der Garage parken kann. Sicherlich wäre dies auch stressfreier für die Damen am Empfang. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Und bitte die Klimaanlage nicht einfach abstelken wenn es draußen über 30 Grad hat ;-) Danke

In room 208 was a treat!!! Vineyard on our terrace,,,2 bathrooms and wonderful hotel..staff was a bit ubnderstaffed at front desk..but Sabrina made up for it all!!!!!

The staff were so wonderful and helpful in every area. Great pool and also indoor spa which gives you the flexibility to choose. Food was lovely although we also ate out in town as well. The recommendations from Bruno about where to cycle we’re great and we really enjoyed cycling to Arco and then onto Dro with some fab views. Lovely hotel

Generally a good hotel
Hotel is very nice, staff are lovely, good pool and good aircon Location is around a mile from the Lake which is fine if you like walking but may be a problem if you are not so mobile. We had a standard room and it was very small, nowhere to store your suitcase, if I returned I would prefer to pay for a bigger room. Good breakfast.

Clean and old carpeted and the space of the rooms is small upon arrival the hotel receptionist would like to select our rooms in an annex building and not in the main building and I refused and Mrs. Elissi attended the hotel manager as I thought and decided to change the rooms and treated them nicely and good breakfast good and service good requested in the booking bed for my baby In the room and when I did not want a response from the hotel on my order and after arrival it was done but at an overpriced cost of 120 euros for two days I also have a gold membership at the hotel and stated in front of the hotel that in case of availability will work Abqrid did not get, but paid an additional 120 euros for a bed for my child?

Buongiorno! Thank you for your review. I am sorry to read your opinion after all the efforts we made to astisfay your need. You booked 2 rooms for 4 people and one of this was a economy room where we can house max 2 people as we informed. Despite that you arrived he day after the booking in 5 people pretending to have a third bed in the economy room and pretending to have a different room. We have to change all the day arrival for satsfy your needs and, we are an ADULTS ONLY hotel we require ONLY € 60.00 per night for extra bed. I think is more than reasonable and I am so sorry you did not apreciate all we made for you.A 7 yeard old child is not a baby and has to be booked as a person in the right room category! Riva del Garda er et av de vakreste steder jeg vet om og nesten uten nordmenn - vi traff ett par i løpet av 5 døgn. Hotellet er beldig koselig og mef fine basseng inne og ute, men litt gangavstand til det nydelige området ved havna. Sjøen et nydelig, men du trenger badesko. Anbefales ❤️

The food for the evening meal was a very disappointing (. poor quality ). We only ate there one evening due to the weather. Whatever the weather is it is better to walk into the town than eat in the hotel

You can not like it but I can assure the quality is very hight with fresh products, most seasonable and from the territory! Most of our guests enjy our cuisine even with nice weather! The pool is open all day but luckly for you early in the Mornign or late in the evening is closed because we have to clean it and make all the daily checks. Posizione tranquilla, ma non lontana dal centro. Gentilezza di tutto il personale, raramente riscontrata in alberghi di questo livello. La spa è eccezionale, molto luminosa con vetrate che danno sul giardino esterno. Colazione ricchissima con ampia scelta di dolce e salato.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis/Lesitungsverhältnis
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Nicolli war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel liegt abseits der Hautpstrasse in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und verfügt über genügend Parkplätze. Zu Fuss erreicht man das Zentrum von Riva del Garda in wenigen Minuten. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aussenpool sowie einen geheizten Innenpool mit einem zusätzlichen Whirlpoolbecken mit Massageliegen, sowie genügend Liegen sowie innen als auch draussen. Was nicht dem heutigen Standard entspricht ist der Spa Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Salzgrotte und Duschen welcher nicht von der Schwimmhalle getrennt ist. So sind Spa benutzer irritiert ob es sich nun um einen Nackt oder Texilbereich handelt und man muss sich dann auch nicht wundern, dass vor allem Gäste aus Südeuropäischen Ländern sich mit den nassen Badekleidern und ohne Handtuch in der Sauna aufhalten so dass die Saunabänke nass sind. zudem ist die diese Sauna zur Grösse des Hotels viel zu klein und Aufgüsse sind nicht möglich. Hier könnte man mit wenig Aufwand problemlos Abhilfe schaffen und z.B. die nicht benutze Salzgrotte durch eine zweite Sauna ersetzen denn die Anlage wäre sonst ganz in Ordnung. Dampfbad und Kneipzone sind aber sehr gut und auf dem neusten Stand. Das Restaurant ist sehr gross und das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. Für die Mittags und Abendkarte sollte dringend etwas getan werden wenn man hier eine bessere Auslastung erreichen will. Hervorragendes Hotel und herausragender Service
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt mit einem hervorragendem Frühstücksbuffet und ausgezeichnetem Service. Vom Spa aus kann man zudem auf die Berge sehen und der Gardasee ist ebenfalls sehr leicht zu erreichen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen für alle die mit Ihrem/r Partner/in einen entspannten Aufenthalt erleben wollen.
