Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other room have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " security system, nice appliances, & new 2022 washer/dryer .2023 microwave will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful / quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient/ location. Nice house in a great location
We stayed three nights for UR Family Weekend. The house was comfortable and had all that we needed. We were only four people, but there's more than enough space for a larger group. Check in and check out were a breeze.

This home is very convenient to the University of Richmond campus. It has four bedrooms and is very well equipped. A patio in the back yard provides a nice space to gather outside. Over all, an excellent value for the money.

Great place, amazing location
This property was a great place to relax. There were many places in and around the home to gather or be alone. At the same time, it is located near things to do, places to go. We especially liked being in the neighborhood, often seeing the residents walking with smiles. We hope to visit again!

Exactly what we were looking for…
We needed a place to stay while in town for nephew’s graduation. This house was the perfect solution! Location was just 10 min from the family we were visiting and less than 5 min to grocery and coffee. Very sweet older neighborhood. Very convenient and cozy home.

Perfect location for attending our son's graduation from University of Richmond. Pleasant, walkable neighborhood. Short distance to a grocery, the University, and restaurants. Lots of space, including a formal dining room. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Check in & out was easy. Would stay again.

Richmond Getaway
We traveled to Richmond for our anniversary and to take our son to the race. The location of the home was PERFECT! We walked many places and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Location was perfect for our needs as it split the distance between all our family members. The kitchen, downstairs bathroom and den were great and we enjoyed playing games around the dining room table. Beds were very comfortable. Floors upstairs were creaky but it gives the house character. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and we enjoyed a nice walk in the neighborhood. Josh was a great host and even volunteered to drive over to see what was wrong with the TV. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great stay in an underserved area of Richmond
There is not much available in this area near University of Richmond but fortunately this place was perfect for a group of family members who needed overflow beds for a gathering at a home nearby. I highly recommend this house for folks visiting the University or looking to say near, but not too near, the down town area. Great food and shopping nearby and the house is well stocked with everything we needed.

Sibling Reunion - A++
The location and accommodations were ideal. We were two couples and one single, each coming from other states. We had more than enough space. Our local sibs joined us for meals prepared on site, and the kitchen proved up to the task. We had everything we needed to allow us to be comfortable and focus on catching up with each other. The homeowner's instructions were clear, making every step smooth, from securing the rental to lock-up and departure. Absolutely no hesitation here to recommend this VRBO. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future gatherings.

Comfortabel home away from home
We needed a home away from home in Richmond to attend a family gathering. It was perfect with 4 bedrooms, an office space, huge open kitchen, plus den, living room and dining room. Plenty of space for 6 adults! The owner has all of the necessary supplies there to use - for the dishwasher, washing machine. And we could bring the dog!
