« Beautiful building, but some issues. Bathrooms are shared, not in the rooms. There are rooms with toilets, but most rooms do not have a toilet, and the showers are all in the hallway bathrooms. This is not clearly explained in the listing. Last month was my first and only stay so far. The door locks have number codes, but the locks are falling off the doors so it’s a problem getting it unlocked. I told them to fix those locks, because the screws were loose. The rooms are clean and beautiful....

« Had the most wonderful stay here, amazing staff and catered for our gluten free requirement with a delicious, huge breakfast. Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia. »

« I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience. »
