"Had to change rooms as wet room smelt of drains. Second room too hot but as we had already complained and very tired did not complain again. Evening meal of pizza and lasagne were very poor. Changed lasagne for fish and chips - not empressed. Duty manager said should have complained about hot room but explained reason. Not offered any reduction as gogw Not likely to book there again"

"The hotel was very clean, staff friendly, good bar and restaurant food however the breakfast was poor. The granola was large hard chunks, all the hot food was cold and small selection of cold items and no yoghurt. Good location next to the station."

"the hotel was clean and tidy, plenty of parking. Breakfast was good + fresh bean coffee. Small issue with one window not opening and the AC was out of action with an error code, didn't raise at the time due to late evening"
