« Amazing place, great staff and they respond quickly thru What's App to anything you need. Would stay again, very private. You can't hear anything from the main drag. I'd recommend closing the blinds that face the sun when you leave for the day so it's not as hot when you return, you can ask the cleaning ladies that »

« We stayed at 3 properties on this trip and this is the only one I don’t think I could recommend since I didn’t really feel welcomed, condo was missing things it should have had based on the listing, poor maintenance, and water issues. AC was completely turned off and it is a second story condo so the indoor temp when we got there was in the mid-90s and took 24 hours to cool down. When you know someone is coming turn on the AC. Missing items: paper towels, dish soap, sponges, hand...

« Notre séjour à Los Delfines a été splendide! Shashi a été très facile à contacter dès le moment de la réservation et nous a beaucoup aidé à organiser notre arrivée en nous suggérant un excellent transport. Le logement est situé dans une zone très sécuritaire où seuls les résidents peuvent circuler. « Spectacular view! The pool and outside seating area was amazing. We really enjoyed that along with the seating area and comfortable couch inside. We were there with another couple and there was enough seating for us. The AC worked well which was great after our time exploring. The negative would be we thought we were clear about not wanting housekeeping for our few days there and each day there was someone cleaning when we arrive at our place. Not sure if it was the language barrier, but we...

« J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel. »

« Pura Pura is the best place to stay at Santa Teresa , thanks you Spyros for your warm welcoming. "Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hôtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout très bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hôtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite . "
