"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...

"This hotel is a charming place to stay when exploring the historic Fes Medina and its surrounding areas. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, featuring a variety of local and international options. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. "We stayed at White Camel Acaccia - which is a 5 tent camp setup by Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps. Excellent service, clean rooms. Food was wonderful. We had dinner and breakfast. Mustafa took care of every little request and detail. Merzouga Luxury Camps have two sites close to each other. This is the smaller site. Personalized service."
