In my case, as I usually travel for specific purposes such as dental appointments, visits to shopping centers, or dining in El Poblado staying here allows me to return easily and always feel safe. The hotel’s restaurants are exceptional, the service is outstanding, and the rooms are impeccably maintained. I highly recommend it. In general, “paisas” are incredibly polite, warm, and always ready to provide excellent service"

"The restaurant was great. The bed was awesome. My only complaint is about the people who clean our bedroom (#711). I wasn't getting coffee, she left dirty cleaning towel in the room, she forgot to put floor towel, we only had one coffee cup for the 2 of us. We had to ask for things that should've been automatically put in the room."
