"I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. I paid $139 a night for a $87 a night room and they have refused to issue me Back some money. The condo was a dump. Old Broken stuff, dirty furniture and it smelled terrible. "Overall, the experience was decent, but not exceptional. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the timeshare presentation felt like a waste of time. The resort credits offered sound appealing at first, but there is a 16% fee applied when you use them, and they can only be used on a limited selection of items. After factoring that in, you often end up paying the same—or even more—out of pocket. The restaurants on the property were generally good and offered enjoyable meals. However, the room service and buffet food were disappointing and did not meet the same standard as the restaurants. "

"Our stay was amazing! My family of four was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. My favorite part of the property was the rooftop patio. Even though you can see the ocean from several windows, the patio had such a nice view of the ocean and the mountains, and it was a nice private place to relax while getting that fresh ocean breeze. It was my secret hideaway when I wanted a moment to myself. The location is also near the grocery store, restaurants and not far from tourist attractions either. Perfect getaway!!"

"Our 7 night stay was great! The room was clean, the location is walking distance to everything and it has 24 hour security. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and was only a text away if we had any questions. Highly recommend if you want to experience Jamaica and its culture. We will be back "
