Arrivés à 20h30, la réception était fermée mais notre clé nous attendait sur le comptoir. Le réceptionniste est arrivé ensuite et nous a permis d'utiliser le micro-onde et la salle de petit déj pour dîner. Le chauffage dans la chambre fait un bruit infernal.

Hotel fantôme, du attendre plus de 20 min a notre arrivée pour que le réceptionniste sorte de sa chambre pour faire le checkin. Pour faire le check out personne non plus à 7h30 du matin, check out fait par téléphone.... Petit déjeuner = blague (cornflakes et muffins). Sinon chambre petite mais propre, mais vraiment rien d'incroyable. La ville de Red Lodge est une étape rien de plus, mais bien moins sympa que West Yellowstone ou Cody ou Jackson.

Nice stop before Yellowstone
Nice hotel, with all the facilities needed for a family : nice inside pool, laundry, nice staff. Regular breakfast ok, no more, no less. Rooms are a bit old, but clean and comfortable. Wifi was quite bad. Fairly good hotel, 2 hours from Yellowstone.

Hotel basique dans une ville agréable.
L'accueil a été sympathique, et même si l'entretien semble laisse à désirer, l'hotel mérite la moyenne. Calme et bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est quelquonque.

The room was not vacuumed well, but other than that was clean. The toilet seat was broken, and the door in the bathroom didn’t latch. The front desk person was not overly friendly, and he was talking loudly on his phone in the room next door to ours multiple times.

Disappointing
The entire property is in need of updating and upgrading. The carpets are dirty and worn in the hallways. I had a difficult time getting the heater in my room to work and had to get the manager to start it, and when he did, he told me to keep the bathroom door closed so the heat wouldn't escape!

I don’t think it is ok to advertise that the rate includes breakfast when it doesn’t. It violates consumer laws. The hotel is not accessible to persons with disabilities and therefore is not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The property needs update.

Bed was great but the rest of the hotel was pretty shady… wreaked of pot smell all through the corridor… loud music coming from one room, thankfully only for a couple hours…

Very outdated. Tub doesn’t drain, so it’s like showering in a bath. Neither of the two lamps work, so we sat in a dark room the whole night. Old and perpetually dirty. Hair in the shower, animal hair on the bath mat. For $111, I don’t expect great amenities but I do expect cleanliness, draining shower and working lamps.

Desk guy incredibly rude and abrasive . Hotel run down, guests not allowed to use most of the doors, incredibly inconvenient to take luggage in and out. Hotel itself stunk, dirty rags everywhere, carpets disgusting. Worst hotel stay we've had in years.

No handicap parking
Person at desk hard to understand due to heavy accent. Eastern Europe maybe?? Room had no safety bars in bathroom and wheelchair didn’t fit through BR door. No handicap parking provided and we pushed the WC a block to get to entrance. We locked ourselves out of our room and at the desk we had to call manager and we were told we would have to wait as he was in the shower, this was about 2pm on Saturday. Room was clean and bed comfy.

Ok for one night
The person checking us in was super slow. The room was nice, freezer needed defrosting. Breakfast was minimal. One of our friends had to change rooms because the a/c wasn’t working.

The hotel is showing its age. The room was quiet and comfortable. The clerk at the front desk was obnoxious. Our key quit working 2 times on the same day and he told us it was our fault and needed to take better care of it and there would be no one around after 10:00pm if it happened then and we could just sleep in our car. As we walked up to our room after the 2nd episode the lady staying across the hall from us said it had happened to her 6 times in the past 5 days. The hotel is easily walkable to the main shopping and dining area and has some parking. The side doors are not functioning.

For one night it was ok. Definitely needs updating. Things didn't smell clean. Water pressure was great. Was quiet and liked having a smaller property. The desk clerk was not friendly and took a long time to come to the front desk. Beds were comfortable. For the price, $152, I would expect a better breakfast snd room
