Rooms are very small. Breakfast is average. Shortage of pool towels but staff were very responsive to my request for more. This is a very basic hotel that charges marginally less than some of the nicer hotels in Red Deer so I’d recommend spending a few extra dollars for a nicer stay.

We had a great stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Red Deer! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. Our room was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable after a long day of exploring Red Deer with the kids. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it made our morning much easier, especially travelling as a family. The kids also enjoyed the hotel amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for visiting attractions around Red Deer, and overall we felt we received very good value for our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Red Deer. Highly recommended for families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel, very clean and the pool/waterslide was great fun for the kids. Only complaint is the hot portion of the breakfast is lacking, the eggs were very rubbery pucks and only had some thin slices or warm ham. Otherwise everything was good.

When we arrived we were given a room that was not suitable. We went and spoke to the front desk and they kindly moved us to a room that suited us perfectly. We were very appreciative. Never used any of the amenities. But the location was convenient and we will stay again.

The complimentary breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well laid out. I would stay at this hotel in the future. As it is on Gasoline Alley, which I had not realized, I had a longer drive than desirable to get to my destination within Red Deer.

Breakfast was good. Room not supplied with adequate amenities. Short towels. Asked for a box of Kleenex and it came two days later. Asked for toilet paper and was asked by front desk how much we had and couldn’t we make do for overnight. Then told us to come to front desk and get a roll. Room was dusted for 5 days and mirror had huge streak the 5 days we stayed! Pool was good, hot tub needed some work.

We would like to express our gratitude for the exceptional customer service provided. In particular, we would like to commend the lady who was working during the morning shift. Her assistance was truly commendable. The establishment was clean, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Regrettably, there were some issues that we would like to bring to your attention. Specifically, the noise from the refrigerator and neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep. We recommend improving the soundproofing between the walls of each bedroom to enhance the overall guest experience.
