"The room was clean other than a few mosquitoes but a swatter was provided in the room for that. The lake view from the balcony was stunning, especially at sunset. Lots of amenities and things to do! The manager that checked us in was very nice"

"Fantastic location! 1 minute from the beach and 1 minute from Main Street. Was great to walk everywhere and sit out by the fire at night.The place itself was very cute, great for 2 for a getaway. The only thing we didn’t love was the bedroom set up. Because the bed is pushed between 3 walls it’s very tight and you have to bend your legs if you’re tall."

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to unwind."

"We had an amazing experience staying at Shenstone Motor Inn. The staff recommended several places to visit, and thanks to their suggestions, we had some of the best experiences during our trip to Tobermory. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Although it’s a small property, the people at the front desk have the biggest hearts and truly make every guest feel special. Their hospitality deserves 11 out of 10 stars! The owner even offered us a bonfire, which made our evening even more enjoyable and memorable. That thoughtful gesture really showed how much they care about their guests. I would definitely recommend Shenstone Motor Inn to anyone visiting Tobermory. If you want to enjoy not only the beautiful area but also warm and genuine hospitality, this is the perfect place to stay."

"I was only there for approximately 10 hours as I just needed a place to rest my head and get freshened up before another day of travel but this place was 10/10. I arrived late, however I had zero problem finding my cabin or the shared restroom. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Sad I didn’t see any animals but I arrived late and left early in the morning - my fault! I’d definitely go back here, I’ve been recommending this place to a lot of people already."

"Our group really enjoyed our stay. The location was a highlight, only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The directions to the beach brought us to a more secluded and peaceful area, away from the busy main entrance. Still just a short walk over to all the restaurants, shops and other activities. The host was very communicative and allowed for a seamless check-in/check-out process."
