"Red Bay Lodge has comfy clean little cabins complete with updated efficient bathrooms. It was very quiet while we slept and the buffet style breakfast had a variety of delicious items. The staff were extremely hospitable and kind. I recommend Reb Bay Lodge for a getaway in cottage country by Lake Huron. It was perfect for us for one night when travelling back from Manitoulin Island. The communication from the lodge was also excellent to make sure they were at the office when we therearrived later at night. "

"A lovely cottage, short walk to the Beach. The screened in porch is an amazing room to have, it was used a lot during our stay. Nice quiet area. AC was also a welcomed option when needed. The owners were great to work with. Thanks T & D for some great memories."

"The property was very clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was beautiful as well and we were provided with firewood for the pit! Our host was so helpful and communicative. We had a lovely stay with friends!The only issue we had was that the photos on the listing seemed to imply the property is waterfront or is accessible to a waterfront. We learned that the nearest beach access is all owned privately and we were not allowed to go down. There is another way to get to the beach publicly but it was much further away than expected. "

"Our experience was great the staff were very friendly and accommodating the rooms were extremely clean and newly renovated it was very close to the beach just a 2 minute walk and it was close enough to the main strip where my young kids and I were able to walk to the main strip for ice cream that walk was about a 15 minute walk with two very young kids."

"Our stay was such a unique experience. We were able to walk from the beach to the motel, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was so nice for a morning swim before checkout. If you can I would recommend this hotel for a family vacation, date night or even a girls trip! It is definitely an all around great motel! Would love to be back soon:)"
