I did not want to touch. No water pressure in shower and no hand wand. No hooks for robes, personal items, clothes, etc. Just the one towel bar."

Room service was spotty and the service phone was not functioning. Regretful of my spa experience, was made to wait for rooms to be prepared and were not given any grace of additional time for the 90 minute period that was billed but not fulfilled."

"I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was not a good experience. I was there for one night attending the funeral and burial of a close relative and just wanted to go back to my room and go to sleep and the smell of marijuana in the hallway and seeping in my door was so strong and I informed the staff and they did absolutely nothing about it. Between broken lightbulbs and broken floorboards in my room and broken ice machine on my floor and breakfast that gave me a horribly stomach issue, I will certainly not be staying here again and really wish there was a way to get a refund.
