The place was not very clean and the toilet seat was reinstalled with undersized screws and then packed with silicone what a joke to get a drink at the bar when no one is there took 20 minutes pluse the room had an Oder would not stay there again

administração que deve melhorar

Hotel mal administrado. 3 Elevadores onde em geral só funciona o de serviço para atender os 11 andares. O serviço de limpeza funciona bem no banheiro, porém o quarto não é nem varrido diariamente. Uma pena... o hotel é muito bem localizado e possui banheiros amplos e com todas as comodidades. Quartos bons porém com tomadas mal distribuídas.

O quarto é bem limpo e o café da manhã é bom. Mas não tinha água quente e as cobertas e toalhas brancas estavam bem amareladas. Pessoal da recepção é muito educado. A cobertuta é linda e o hotel fica bem localizado.

Descaso com a minha restrição alimentar

Deram a opção de falar sobre a restrição alimentar. Avisei dias antes de chegar ao hotel e também avisei no check in, que somos veganos, mas no restaurante fomos informados que não passaram informação alguma sobre a restrição alimentar. Achei uma falta de respeito, já que deram essa opção. O Hotel precisa de uma reforma também, apesar de ser bom, tem muita coisa que parece deteriorada pelo tempo.
