« Room was clean No complaints there We left around 4 am so it was understandable that employees were tired but one woman was sleeping behind the counter and another was leaned back in lobby chair half asleep. No goodbyes, no thank you , no greetings, just snoring. Not a great look. Nighttime guy that checked us in was very gregarious. »

« The facility was average and that's okay. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few deficiencies. Tissue box was empty. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty as well. Housekeeping needs to have some sort of followup. Staff seemed to be bothered by our presence. I got a a perfunctory welcome at check in. At breakfast the coffee urn was empty. Went to the front desk to get it filled and was told to use the urn in the lobby. It just had a half a cup. Eventually the...

« Very nice hotel. Overall very clean. Nice clean smell. Safe area. Breakfast was good with the usual selections. Waffles always a favorite. Breakfast staff were super friendly and kept up with everything. They had a 100%health inspection rating, always good to see. Definitely would stay again. »

« 1st Night AC did not work , no phone in room. Switched rooms which took way longer than it should. Then at 6am staff was banging on my door demanding to come in. I have two large dogs told them that would not be wise and then i hear let them sleep, too late for that. Breakfast was cereal and toast. never again »

« The room smelled like mel dew. The air conditioner was not working so we called the lady at the front desk and she come down and checked it.She was absolutely amazing with us. She got it to come on once and then it stopped.So it stayed warm in the room all night. When you took a shower, the water filled up in the tub and would not drain.And when the water did come out, it was very, very little. »

« Clean room, cold AC, nice & helpful staff. Breakfast a big plus just wish there were more protein options other than just sausage patties and the “fake” scrambled eggs. Yogurt and fruit was available and there are plenty of options in carbs. We will stay here again when we are in town for a ball tourney. »

« Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning. »
