« Having stayed in a whole load of hotels on a regular basis, we genuinely cannot compare the service to anywhere else we've stayed collectively. The food was stunning. The garden was gorgeous. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We just wished it was bigger so we could move in! The very individual touch to the room (they know what it is, we won't spoil the surprise for the guests...it's genius)and the bed was VERY comfortable. « Une belle étape pour visiter Oxford et les alentours. Ce petit hôtel traditionnel est à dimension familiale. Personnel très agréable. A l'écoute et très disponible. Repas et petit-déjeuner excellent et copieux. La chambre 1 était parfaite et propre. Une salle de bain spacieuse et un fer et une table à repasser! Très pratique. Calme malgré la proximité de la route. Et une petite court aménagée à l'arrière très mignonne ! Bref, que du bonheur d'avoir découvert et séjourné dans ce charmant hôtel. »

The garden with twinkling lights and restaurant decoration are charming and food first class. "Excellent location for walking to the office in the morning, 20 minutes to Manor Park. Personnel is nice and helpful. Room is spacious, bed is confortable, nice desk for using a laptop. I like that the TV allows to stream your own tablet / PC so you don't have to faff around with accounts. Breakfast is good, decent choice of pastries, good choice of cereals. The only issue is the really small bathroom. You need to manoeuver when you open the door, and when you sit on the WC the doorstop is right under your foot."

"Ascenseur en panne depuis plusieurs semaines (séjour déjà en mai 2025) et toujours pas réparé, il faut parfois attendre pres de 10mn pour pouvoir accéder au seul ascenseur disponible , cartes d'acces aux chambres qui se démagnétisent en permanence obligeant de repasser à la réception quotidiennement. 2 problèmes à régler de toute urgence"
