Avant de commencer les vacances nous avons dû faire le ménage et laver la vaisselle. Nous sommes allés chez FONCIA pour signaler tous ces désagréments avec photos à l’appui et réclamer le remboursement du ménage que nous avions payé lors de la réservation. La personne responsable des locations, très agréable, nous a informé qu’elle ferait le nécessaire afin que nous soyons remboursés. De notre côté nous avons rendu un appartement impeccable.
