J’ai réglé en janvier mon séjour (crédit fidélité + 10.92 € en CB) et on m’a réclamé le paiement de la chambre : situation cocasse s’il en est ! Au bout de quelques minutes, j’ai envoyé le mail avec le règlement à l’hôtel et on m’a donné ma chambre. De mon côté, tout est rentré dans l’ordre mais c’est embêtant comme situation. Personnel sympathique 👍

Bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix
Arrivée tardive et portail fermé sans que nous ayons reçu un code lors de la réservation. Problème résolu au bout de 30 minutes après appel au central et revalidation de la réservation... Quand on est fatigué par la route, on aimerait éviter cela, prendre une douche et se détendre. Et là, pas de lumière dans la salle d'eau... En pleine nuit, nous n'avons pas voulu embêter le gardien davantage et l'on a fait avec (ou plutôt sans). Pour le reste, chambre propre et calme. Hôtel bien situé avec parking sécurisé.

Très bon séjour
Personnel très sympathique et aidant. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Je note la présence de 4 prises électrique dans la chambre, ce qui est assez rare. Je n'ai rien vu de cassé ou détérioré. Le lit est dur mais j'ai passé une bonne nuit. Il y a beaucoup de place de parking, mais celle-ci sont assez serré.

Accueilli par 2 agents de sécurité qui ont mis 20 minutes avant de nous donner nos codes des chambres. Une seule serviette pour deux Pas de Gel douche ni savon Des cheveux dans la douche Et j’ai du garer la voiture dehors parce qu’apparement, le soir, quand le portail est fermé, on ne peut plus rentrer de voitures par sécurité. D’où le parking vite le soir. Bref, je ne reviendrai plus

Catastrophique ! Il est indiqué qu’il y a un accès handicapé lorsque nous sommes arrivés la bas il n’y avait que des places de stationnement pour personne handicapée. La personne en béquilles a du monter deux étages à pieds car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Les portes des chambres sont à l’extérieur, nous avons attendu un long moment dans le froid avant d’avoir accès à la chambre car il y avait un dysfonctionnement et la porte ne s’ouvrait pas. À priori le boitier pour insérer le code ne fonctionne pas correctement. Après plusieurs minutes avec une personne de 84 ans handicapée debout dans le froid la porte s’est enfin ouverte ! Le désenchantement ne faisait que commencer. La chambre était sale et les matelas étaient tachés ! Une vraie désillusion lorsqu’on compare les photos sur le site. Je tiens quand même à souligner que l’agent de sécurité a été d’une gentillesse et patience exemplaire !! Merci à lui

This hotel is convenient because it is at the entrance of Toulon, however its not very clean. My room had a strong sewage smell, the bath curtain smelled like piss and sweat and the toilet had a water leak. I would not come back, it made me the impression of the typical horror movie american motel. Pro: Location, though is not near to the port; price; free parking; next to a Lidl; next to the highway. Cons: Not very clean, not like the photos, smell.
