"Bei Ankunft deutlicher Hinweis auf Regelwerk. Eingangstür zur Wohnung klemmte, ebenso konnte die Schlafzimmertür nicht geschlossen werden. Diese musste offen bleiben, da defekt. Kein warmes Wasser, da der Warmwassererzeuger defekt war. Nach Auskunft des Klempners war dies der Vermieterin bekannt. Die abgebildete Terrasse lag direkt an der Durchgangsstraße, abgetrennt durch eine dünne Holzwand zum Bürgersteig, hinter der die Mülltonnen standen. Fernseher funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. WLAN...

Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Trave und kann diesen in Ruhe in der Hängematte genießen. "Lage war wie versprochen, nur die Straße runter und man ist am Strand. Die Parksituation ist problematisch. Parkplatz in der Nachbarstraße und extrem eng, wer da nicht geübt ist im einparken hat ein Problem. Wohnung war sauber und hatte eine gute Aufteilung. Vielleicht sollte man noch ein paar Geschirrtücher zur Austattung geben, denn sowas hat kein Urlauber dabei, wenn beim Verlassen alles abgewaschen und im Schrank sein soll. Sonst war sie gut ausgestattet."

"Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohlgefühlt, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel könnten öfters fahren, gerade zu Sylvester wo viele Urlauber vor Ort sind. Der Stellplatz konnte nicht genutzt werden da viel zu schmal und nicht hoch genug."

"we really enjoyed staying here, we paid for an upgraded room with its own living room and bedroom, and it was very nice. The only thing we didn't like is the chimney smoke came into our bedroom from the fireplace they have in the hotel so we couldn't have the window open part of the time, but it wasn't a huge problem,and our view was nonexistent as it was just looking out over the top of the hotel roof. Also if you're staying facing the street, it is very loud with traffic at night to sleep if you need to open the window to get air. They provided a fan that we tried to run, but it was so loud. It made it almost worse lol. the breakfast was completely amazing, just about the best I've ever seen. Parking was expensive but you are right by the city center, so it's worth it."

"Room was clean, price very reasonable for a 5\* and so close to city centre. My only gripe was the noise level given the room location - I was close to the inner hotel area, 1002, and bar music & chatter was on until midnight, also the location felt like a thoroughfare, either the staff was vacuuming outside or people walked past talking loudly, etc. All ok and normal but I do think the room door needs to be soundproofed or a second door, after the bathroom, needs to be added to close off the bedroom part. It was not as relaxing as I was hoping it to be. Overall though, very nice hotel and I'd come back (asking for a different room location). "
