First it didn't work because we arrived an hour earlier than announced (better than expected traffic conditions). Had to call the service team, they arranged the access to the room. After we returned from dinner it didn't work again due to a system error. Trial and error, trial and error, trial and error ... and so on. Service hotline busy. Finally got instructions via WhatsApp how to pick up a key card from the safe in the lobby. That worked perfectly. Be aware that you need a smartphone/access to your email and internet in order to open your room! The optional breakfast was at a nice vegetarian cafe in the old city centre, but they don't open until 10:00! This is a NO reception hotel. Doors at BOB W are opened from your phone and you are required to do online check-in before that works. Hotels dot com did not provide an online check-in link, and the phone number to “contact host” was invalid. And BOB W was inresponsive to requests via mail or via Hotels dot Com “contact host”. So we couldnt get in. Spent more than hour on that. I was i. A state of “we have been cheated” and was starting to look up alternatives. Extremely anoying situation. Why didnt BOB W send me the check-in link together with the welcome e-mail ? Standing in front of the hotel door was valid phone number and a friendly person helped. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das mit gebuchte Frühstück würde ich zukünftig auslassen. Alles wie beschrieben. Es gibt zwar keine Rezeption, aber die braucht man auch nicht weil du alle Informationen bekommst und nicht alleine gelassen wirst. Es wird immer gefragt ob alles okay ist und du noch etwas brauchst. Es läuft hier halt alles Digital.Ich kann nur sagen das das auch für mich eine neue Erfahrung war. Sehr gute und Schöne Unterkunft gerne wieder. Der Einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Parken mit dem Auto. Es gibt nur 4 Stellplätze vor dem Hotel und die sind meistens belegt. Auch darauf zu kommen oder Zugeparkt zu werden ist nicht optimal. Vi boede i en 2 rums lejlighed med trappe til en stor terrasse hvilket var over vores forventning. Lejligheden er moderne indrettet i en god kvalitet. Gode senge med godt læselys og god lydisolering. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til centrum og meget tæt på banegård og busterminal. Det var let at finde billig parkering i nærheden. Ind- og ud-checkning via sms fungerede uden problemer.
