« The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. »

« Trés bon sejour dans cet hébergement trés propre et tres bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la courtoisie de l' hôtesse qui nous a laissé sortir plus tard car j'étais malade sans nous stresser. Nous avons apprécié le service ( changement de cafetière immediate) et à chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose . MILLE MERCIS. Je recommande . »

« Nous avons été déçu par l' accueil très pressé et qui n'a pas pris le temps de nous expliquer soi que ce soit. Petit déjeuner très frugal : Un mini croissant et un demi muffin par personne. Le rapport qualité pris est très mauvais même si on est dans les hampton. »
