So there is noise from below, but we had no problem after we bought a three dollar pack of earplugs. And I think the reviews on this hotel are super unfair. We had a minor issue with the self check-in, so make sure to press the home button and enter the code upon arrival; don’t forget to press the lock button when you leave! There’s no parking on-site, but you can find offsite parking along Main Street or at the Post Office for up to 2 hours. The bar downstairs can be noisy until 3 AM, so be prepared for a late night. The location is excellent, with easy access to Southampton, Bridgehampton, and East Hampton, plus a nearby train station. Just so you know it is not. you are renting a room above a bar. The walls are pretty thin. So it is pretty noisy as people play pool and have fun down below. Also there is no dedicated parking lot, I was able to find parking over night, but during the daytime this was a little harder (especially in the rain with luggage). The room was clean and good. However, for a one-night stay that cost $424.64, this experience only deserves one star. If you’re planning to sleep, don’t expect to get any rest until at least 4 AM. The music from the bar downstairs is unbelievably loud, and the main door is so squeaky and slams loudly that you hear every person coming and going all night long. To make matters worse, the toilet was dirty, with the bottom of the seat soiled upon arrival. There is also no hotel parking—you have to search for street parking (though at least they do disclose this in advance). You would not want to spend too much time in the room as although very comfortable, not much space to walk around. There is no front desk or anyone on premises. You are texted a code. They should state that there is no elevator and could be difficult for people getting luggage up two flights of stairs. But if you are looking for a decent place at a reasonable cost for the Hamptons area it was good enough for one night and reasonably priced. With a little TLC it could be great. It was close to ocean beaches and restaurants, very comfortable bed, wet bar was a nice feature. However, if you want to have a quiet and peaceful night, this is not the place for you. There’s a bar downstairs and it gets loud and you can also hear the customers loud voices. Don’t have any hair dyer as well, the staff just simply told me that the previous guests might have taken it. They should have checked the room prior to check in. We were directed to use public parking which was across the busy main street and about 2 blocks away. The room itself was very nice ,unfortunately there wasn't an AC control in the room or a ceiling fan. We had to open the windows to allow cool air into the room. There is a bar on the top floor of the building with music, loud noise and talking. It was unbearable I thought it would end at some point but it continued to almost 4:00 am. I did not sleep the whole time. In addition to that, I could hear snoring from the next room. It was the same thing on Saturday (minus the snoring.. I guess the person had checked out). I had to put on white noise and ear plugs to get a few winks.
