She also emailed me the code. I had tried to contact 'host' and expedia for help prior to this and was not helped. Maybe a clearer, step by step, check in. (without receptionist). We arrived at 2.30pm and couldn't get in, or get help. Also, designated car park is quite a distance away. Not clearly advertised.
