The engineered oak flooring, high ceilings and skylights make it feel light, bright and relaxed. To keep you cosy during the coolers months, the home provides a Woodburner and a Polar Energi Radiator system throughout, plus an additional heat pump along with double-glazed windows. Beyond the single garage door, there is a huge double garage with a spacious workshop for all your tools. The locals highly recommend both the fish n chip shop and Lokal Pizza Kitchen & Bar, boasting they are the best places in town for takeways! There is a bus stop just down the road that leaves every 30 minutes going into town. Town is a 5-minute car ride away.
