Kia Ora and welcome to our beautiful Studio apartment, which is perfectly located on the lakeside of Queenstown and only 400 metres from town (5 minutes stroll) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops on your doorstep. This apartment is perfectly located to explore all that Queenstown has to offer. Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living area and balcony look out to view over the other apartments towards the lake.

Bedroom: Open-plan studio sleeping area.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and balcony access.

Kitchenette: Equipped with microwave, bar fridge-freezer, two-slice toaster, and kettle.

Balcony: A small balcony with two chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee

Parking: There is free parking on the street outside the hotel and also behind the hotel. There is NO allocated parking spot in the car park with this studio. You can park in the underground parking garage, at $30/night however you will need to pay at reception.

The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Wakatipu, a 5-minute walk from the downtown Queenstown centre. It is a very quiet neighbourhood centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No internal stairs; elevator access only

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when using appliances such as toasters.

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
