We enjoyed our stay. The view was incredible from our suite and extremely clean. (we did change rooms as our first room was under the restaurant and very noisy but the staff were very accommodating and it was a quick fix) Breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. Would stay again.

We booked the Alpine Suite and they were extremely spacious and clean. All the staff were very helpful during peak season and even accommodated a last minute room change since the top floor rooms were noisy when it rained. We had the breakfast buffet on the last morning and there was a great selection with a barista made coffee included. The only downside was walking up a massive hill back to the hotel each time we went into town. Otherwise, would definitely stay here on my next visit to Queenstown again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at Hotel St. Moritz. We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every moment. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and brought us complimentary treats when they heard that it was our honeymoon. Our room was incredible and everything we could hope for. Here's a polished rewrite: We stayed for two nights and, although we hadn't booked a car park and they were fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to sort one out for us.We upgraded to the Penthouse Loft and it was absolutely worth it. The suite featured a full-sized kitchen, a spacious lounge area, and a separate bedroom with an ensuite-style bathroom complete with both a shower and bath. Thoughtful extras such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salts, bed socks, and robes were all provided. To top it off, the stunning views and private jacuzzi/spa made the experience even more special.The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all while enjoying beautiful views of the lake. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist with all your needs. Overall, a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend.
