"New concept hotel. One or two teething issues eg electronic door key number pad went down with a technical fault and fire alarm in another room caused a panic for a few minutes. We asked for a quiet room and that is what we had so no complaints. Only one pillow each on arrival which is surprising but they promptly found 2 more. Overall good value and a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away."

"A wonderful stay from start to finish! The hotel is beautifully located, just a short walk from the beach, with excellent facilities and a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding service. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Prior to our arrival, they kindly assisted with arranging a surprise flower bouquet in the room, which was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia. ★★★★★"

"The staff here were incredibly rude. The front desk staff in particular. At check in. Thoughout the stay if we had a question. Check out. Just the rudest most arrogant people. If you don’t like people or tourists don’t work in this industry. The staff in the bar upstairs didn’t serve us for 40 minutes before we finally gave up and left. We were the only ones there and there was 2 staff. The room was not clean. There was blood drops on the sheets. Definitely not from us. Towels were not clean. Location was good. We tried to get water from the supplied reception area on three occasions and there is never any clean glasses. Breakfast was 25 per person for pretty bad food. There is far far far better options in Valencia for this price point"

"Here’s a polished version that remains positive while clearly expressing your disappointment with the lunch and dinner offerings: The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and staffed by a team that provided excellent service from check-in through check-out. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a very restful stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. It offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and was presented beautifully each morning. The only area that fell short of our expectations was the food service for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals did not match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. We dined in the restaurant once and ultimately sent our meals back, and on another occasion we ordered room service but found the food unappealing and chose not to eat it. The dishes appeared and tasted more like pre-made or mass-produced meals rather than freshly prepared offerings. Given the overall quality of the property and service, we were surprised by this inconsistency and hope the hotel will consider reviewing its lunch and dinner menu and food preparation standards. With improvements in this area, the guest experience would be exceptional from start to finish."
