Some of the dining chairs need the legs fixed and the tabletop is worse for wearGreat balcony and view of the lake. Loved that there is bird deterrent hardware above the door frame on the balcony - effective and appreciated Instructions for how to get into the unit does not match what you have to do to get again. Very difficult. Had a neighbor help us and we eventually got in. Instructions need updated. Remember to bring kcups for the keurig if you are a coffee drinker. The Hazards pool that we can usé is a great area to refresh from the heat. But their restrooms are hideous. They need seriously renovated. Overall, we love this modern, clean and beautiful unit and we will definitely be back. Everyone on the island was extremely friendly and polite. Charles was extremely proactive about communication and responsive, the check in process was smooth and easy and the property managers provided plenty of detail about the logistics of getting to the property. I really felt like we went into the trip with both eyes wide open and somehow the property still exceeded expectations. Simply saying the property had a "lake view" doesn't quite do it justice, the lake is literally within throwing distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to travel to the lake and looking for something a little less busy than Put-In Bay. ##### Mike S.
