Overall the stay here wasn't terrible but it did have very frustrating components. First off the staff here are very friendly and helpful, able to answer any questions you may have. A few problems I found with this hotel are as followed. A. The rooms are NOT sound proof, as the hotel is located off a main road (which makes it great to get around) you can hear all the traffic speeding past you at all hours of the day. There was also construction being done behind the hotel so everyday at 7am I was awoken to the sound banging and people screaming. You could also clearly hear everyone in the common area, my room was the farthest from the common area and I could still hear people talking. B. The wifi is atrocious. Wifi in the central areas and at the front desk area was okay. However, as I stated before my room was at the very end of the hallway so I did not get any usable wifi while in my own room. C. There was no toiletries provided in the room, no shampoo, conditioner and no soap beside the sink. There was a wall mounted soap pump in the shower, which was annoying since you would have to step in a wet shower to simply was your hands. If you wanted a hair dryer you would have to request one from the front desk. D. Out of the 6 outlets in the room only two worked. The room had multiple dead outlets that plugged into nothing, I can't think of a logical reason as to why they would have this. E. Breakfast was good, but they only had three dishes with minor variations.

The Property was Nice for the price. The Wifi wasn't good. The employees were nice especially Noelys, She was very helpful abd made sure we were taken care of. I Would stay again.

There are two properties called Green Coast - the one called Green Coast Beach is very close to the beach, this one is not. But it was an acceptable place to stay.

Great hotel in a good location, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

Staff was very sweet, helpful & down to earth! The included breakfast never disappointed! I did feel like the room I had was slightly barebones. It could do with a few more amenities like a mini fridge, lotion, shampoo and few others things that are standard in most hotels. Despite the few issues, the hotel remains great value for money and is in an ideal location for restaurants and the beach is only a 8 mins walk away. The area is also safe, however I wouldn’t walk around after 1 am in the morning as I have seen slightly sketchy stuff during one night.

I travel with the family and have to say such great value is hard to find, glad I booked this hotel. Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms with access to the beach club which even though small was just right for us.

El.hotel esta muy bien por el precio, pero no esta en la playa como se ve en las fotos que lo describe ... las fotos de la playa que por cierto estan muy lindas es de la otra propiedad !

Very good value hotel
Standard room was very large, had a small balcony too. Double doors on balcony to let in the breeze. Room was clean, bed was comfy , shower was nice with Hot water. Your room key gave you access to the green coast beach hotels chairs on the beach with wifi. Great value since it included a full breakfast. Short walk to beach and restaurants

Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely a lot nicer in the pictures. Directly next door was the areas bext Mexican restaurant. Definitely worth the money. 5 minute walk to where the party is at.

Hello! The breakfast is free in the hotel or in your room, but if you want to breakfast in the other hotel has an extra charge because is sea view and premium service. Just inform the things correctly. Best regards

The staff was very friendly, the Manager was always available to answer my questions, and I like the fact that when you go to the beach they treats you like home. I will definitely go back! My suggestion will be to add someone that speaks English at the front desk specially for arrivals customers.

I liked the size of the rooms and the bed is super comfortable. I also liked that there were restaurants we could walk to and a table and chairs to play cards on in the evening. The breakfast was excellent and Manuel (the cook) made exactly what of us wanted! It was an awesome experience!

I stayed with my boyfriend and we would usually stay up until really late and wake up late in the day. The staff was very understanding when I requested that we not be woken up early to have our room cleaned. They would clean when we would be out for the day and were very understanding and respectful of our sleep schedule. I would usually wake up on time for breakfast but my boyfriend would sleep until later and Angela was a sweetheart and she would let me bring breakfast to our room so he could have something to eat when he woke up. Every staff I came in contact was extremely kind and helpful.
