The property is beautiful and the service of the staff is impeccable. We took a visit to the spa as well and it was an amazing/extremely relaxing experience. Somethings we didn’t love were the food and the amount of weddings on site. Overall, great place to visit if you’re having a wedding or have small children

PROs: The ocean front master suite room was very spacious and clean. Great for a family of 4. Preferred club was a good upgrade as it provides access to the lounge and breakfast a la carte. Mexican restaurant was very tasty. The teppanyaki dinner was very good. Seaside grill dinner was also good. The rest of the restaurants had some really great dishes and then a couple misses. Nice pools- my kids enjoyed all 3 of them. Fun activities by the pool during the day. Drink service was good and never had to wait long for drinks to arrive. The breakfast buffet had good variety and was well rotated. Service overall was good- all the staff seemed genuinely pleased to help you to make your stay enjoyable. CONs : not all restaurants were open every day which led to limited choice each day where we could dine. The buffet for lunch and dinner was very limited and the food looked like it was sitting out a long time (even when we arrived right at the beginning of service for both meals). There were a couple meals from buffet where the meat was cooked in front of us and when we ate it was undercooked/raw. We also had to send back undercooked burgers two times at a restaurant. Seaweed on the beach (not the resorts fault as this is in many areas of Mexico). On the last day of my stay I did get some sort of food poisoning and did not feel well for 5 days afterwards.

Property was immaculately clean restaurants were wonderful. They just have to work on the buffet food. It was OK. Everything else was wonderful shout out to Edy and the staff they were awesome. Especially the ones in the Coco Café. Planning on coming back with the family🤗

The food was great , beautiful resort, but World Cafe needs some improvement . The concierge staff and all the staff were amazing. The free shuttle to tequila tasting and playa de Carmen was great too

My husband and I stayed at this resort 5/4/2024-5/10/2024 in a preferred club room. I didn’t see any preferred benefits, so If there is an up-charge for that I wouldn’t pay again. The food was good at all of the restaurants we tried. The entertainment was good for us, but we don’t need much entertainment when we are at the beach. All of the staff that we encountered were nice. There were a lot of weddings going on through the week, but the weddings didn’t bother us. The one thing that needs to be talked allot more was the amount of outside noise you can hear from the room. We had a room facing the pool and you could hear loud music every afternoon and sometimes until 11PM at night. We could also hear anything that happened in the halls at all hours of the night and morning. That was with the fan going and our sound machine at the loudest setting. I don’t know if the problem was with our room, or if that is everyone’s experience.

The room was nice and very clean. Enjoyed the evening entertainment. Needs more variety in the main buffet eating area. I felt some food had been left out too long. Didn’t like the French restaurant. But the Japanese and Italian and Mexican night was delicious

Everything was close by to each other didn’t have to walk to far to get to anything. I think there should have been more pool area music and more activities for adult. We were provided with VIP access which was nice but a little confusing and misleading. I had $200 worth of coupon that honestly I didn’t even use cause they weren’t taking it any where because we already had a discount. Not sure what’s the point of the coupon if you can’t use it. Our package came with a free bottle of champagne every night, we only received it the first night and second night. The preferred access is nice but very excluded from everything not very open floor plan to enjoy with the view outside.

The one thing I did not like was there were not a lot of activities during the day and there was not a lot of music around the pool area. It was kind of boring around the pool area throughout the day.

We really enjoyed the hospitality of all the staff while staying there. The app is very useful for getting everything you need. They were pretty responsive when we needed room service. We tried most.od the restaurants there and really enjoyed the food. We didn't like some of the mixed drinks at the bars there. They were too watered down. That did not detract from the wonderful experience we had though. We will definitely visit again.

It is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the pressure to buy into the Hyatt properties vacations. We went to visit the resort natural. It was dirty, over populated, restrooms were dirty and only one elevator was working to view a room on the 8th floor. The people giving the information became very rude when we decided to decline the offer. We were asked 4 more times by different managers, bosses, people with different titles. I will never do that again. It was a waste of three hours as we were told it was only one hour and a half.

Premium restaurants have great selection and stuff is amazing Beach side restaurants are amazing,no need going to the buffet for dinner Unlimited beach towels,beach bars and waitress on the beach are amazing,rooms and generally pretty much everything else is great….too many weddings though.Highly recommend for the price.

All I and all It’s nothing super fancy, but we had a a great time. Staff were really kind, helpful, beach was super nice (seaweed is a problem all over the Atlantic coast not their fault and they tend to it best they can). Pools and property are clean and well taken care of. They have fun entertaining shows every night. It’s a wedding factory, there at least two a day, but it never negatively affected our stay. Kids club is a savior for ages 2-8. I didn’t see many kids younger than that though they definitely accept them, my 6y.o LOVED it. Only subpar thing is the food and the beds. Food is edible, but not special in any way. Total basic hotel/banquet type food. I’d say the best meal I had was the Mexican restaurant and the international dinner they do one night by the pool and that was mainly because it was fun. The mattresses were super uncomfortable. Mine had a big crevasse from overuse, my back and neck were killing me. We also had an issue one night because the doors between the rooms are so flimsy that we could hear everything in next room as if there were no door at all. That was also because the people staying there for the one night let their toddler play a wooden flute and scream until 1am… Who does that?!? All said we really had a great vacation. I wouldn’t go out of of my way to go back but I wouldn’t be opposed to going either. But of course there are literally 1000’s of options down there.

Pictures don’t do this resort justice, we stayed with our two children and my mother in law for a week and I wish we had another week as you genuinely feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The staff are all extremely professional and friendly, they will even remember you by name, the food was great, the resort itself was not too busy or crowded (even with weddings happening during our stay), and it was a perfect balance for family, or great for just adults as well. I will absolutely be going back.

Lovely property with very friendly staff. Service at peak times at the restaurants was slow and wait times to be seated at the restaurants for dinner were often very long. Quality and tastiness of the food was good though. Hibachi dinner was fun and delicious. Wish they had more covered chairs at the beach. Beach was well maintained and beautiful.

After trying multiple times to get a restaurant wait time under two hours, we had the lineup 30 minutes before they opened to get our wait time to an hour. No reservations were accepted for dining on property. Room service waits were an hour and a half. The facilities are nice, but the staff was unmotivated and complaining about the other departments to us.

The food was horrible I had paper melted in with my cheese that you could see the words in it . When I checked in the preferred lounge it was a horrible experience. When I got my room they had me all the way in the back of the hotel that all I saw was the building and palm trees with I sliver of the water I n the corner since the palm trees and building blocked everything else which was a so called oven view . The gentleman with my luggage was the most helpful he also agreed with me when we got to the room that it was no view and made a call and got my room changed for me . So It took about an hour to get any meal except the buffet restaurant. Besides that the pools were beautiful the kids had a blast in the kids slides and pools.
