"Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again."

However the next day they called us to say they needed us to move to a third room which they had not said anything and were difficult to deal with for a mistake they made, appeared to have double booked rooms. We finally resolved and did not have to move because we were not on site, however they were not the most helpful with this issue."
