The fact that they actually and genuinely are very nice people and care about your needs. I reccomend this Hotel to any passers through its quiet and right off the freeway
Staff was friendly and kind and looked out for my best interest. I am a senior and the original booking was for the second floor, but when they saw how old I am, they moved me to a better ground floor unit. Thank you!
Even though it was close to the highway, it was still very quiet and peaceful.
It was easy to get onto the highway.
I had a pleasant stay there.
Thank you, hosts!
Upkeep of the room and layout of bed to tv. Friendly staff. They were willing to work with me through effective communication and the area is located just off the highway and within walking distance to all necessary stores and restaurants.
This hotel i isn't inn the best place however it's a quite comfortable setting. The staff are kind and helpful as well. I do recommend this place for those with children or anyone requiring a nice serene private hotel stay the staff hasn't bothered me past asking did I need any linens or trash or anything like that done broom cleaned once a day which is appreciated some places don't do that. It's just nice to walk out your door and when you see the staff you get a smile and an acknowledgment from them it's not a waste of money to come here I'll say that so you should come visit you won't be disappointed I don't think
They put us in an area of the hotel where there were longtime tenants I believe and there were empty 12 packs of beer all over in front of the rooms out in the parking lot there were chicken bones laying on the ground there was trash and filth everywhere around these rooms and they were worried about me bringing a dog. They make you pay a deposit for your dog but they want cash so you tell me what's going on there. Also they didn't even have coffee in the lobby even though their pictures show clearly a breakfast area with breakfast amenity. The room was good The beds were okay but I don't like being lied to and manipulated when I'm a good paying customer
Although our room was clean only one light worked as the bed lamps were burnt out. The front door was hard to close and lock. The security lock was frozen and didn’t work. We also had a back door which we had to come in to open the door on the parking lot side. That door closed easily but was hard to lock and the security latch didn’t work either. Thankfully, my husband was with me do I felt secure. Otherwise, I would asked for a different room where doors closed properly and the security latch worked. Loved that it had a walk in shower.
