« This little bungalow was just perfect for our visit which was the graduation of my oldest grandson from CSUMB. There was ample space for the six of us to share a first night dinner together and great outdoor sitting areas when the sun shone. The bungalow was so well stocked with everything one would need. And the location was so favorable to enjoy Monterey and Carmel outings. Fabulous! »

« Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. « We had a family member graduating from CSU Monterey. This place was perfect and had everything you would need for a weekend stay. Very quiet neighborhood but parking was a little tight, recommend not having more than 2-3 cars. Overall great experience, host was great at answering any questions right away. »

« We had such an amazing time and stay! Extremely easy to check in. The location is close to great restaurants, the beach and Monterey. It was the perfect spot to stay. My daughter was graduating from Monterey Peninsula College and family came from out of state to help celebrate this milestone. The extra space was greatly appreciated!
