Perfect for two, Hoku Lani, is located close to the entrance of Princeville giving you easy access to Hanalei and the rest of the North Shore beaches. Hoku Lani, Heavenly Star in Hawaiian, is a second story private 1B/1BA with space with free parking. Located in the Princeville Resort zone which has a grocery store, wine and liquor store, shopping center, restaurants, tennis courts, golf courses, a playground, and wonderful walking trails. Princeville is on the North Shore and within 1/2 hour to so many beautiful beaches. It is less than 10 minutes to world renown Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach. Decorated in a cool blend of Polynesian, celestial, and retro, Hoku Lani is sparkling clean, has great attention to detail and many deluxe thoughtful amenities. The kitchen has everything you need to make fabulous food from our local fish, meat and farmer's market vegetables. A new queen bed waits to cradle you after a hard day at the beach. The home has been recently renovated with all new kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, icemaker, new bathroom fixtures and flooring. A sweet lanai enables you to enjoy the trade wind breezes and catch a peek of the blue ocean. \*Listed rate is for the standard occupancy of 2, but home can accommodate up to 4 if the 2 extra are children. The living room couch becomes a full size bed and there is also a folding floor mat (futon.) Extra guest fee beyond two is $30+tax / per night / per person. There is a limit of 2 extra guests and this fee is collected after booking. There is a washer and dryer with supplies off the downstairs foyer for your exclusive use. Hoku Lani is located in the Mauna Kai Condominiums which means you have beautiful tropical landscaping & one of the biggest pools on the North Shore for your use. There is a pavilion at the pool with a BBQ, dining and lounging area, ping pong table and bathrooms. The pool is solar heated. Hoku Lani is just a short walk to the pool. The owner, Tony, has provided boogie boards, water noodles and snorkeling gear. Stores, restaurants and spa are within walking distance. At the end of Wyllie Road is a trail down to Anini Beach to get to the beach on foot, and you are only 10 minutes away from Hanalei Bay. You are in the center of the North Shore's many beaches to the East and West of you. Princeville features many walking trails, great views, restaurants, shops, golf and tennis. Even if you don't golf, you can take a sunset view tour of the most gorgeous settings on golf carts complete with a bar and goodies. Hoku Lani is a great place to relax at night too. There is a 70 inch smart TV for your Netflix or others apps. Just cast them from your phone. There is one last amenity that no one else has. If you love to star gaze, you can make an appointment with Tony to see through his telescope which is taller than him, called a light bucket, out at the pool at night! I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. It was spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable, had everything you needed. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. We spent the first 4 nights of our honeymoon in Princeville before heading to the south side of the island. This rental was spotless clean and so cozy. They have every beach amenity you could need (chairs, umbrella, snorkel sets, bougie boards..). The owner lives in the unit downstairs and even took us one evening to see the comet in the night sky! We were able to drive very easily to all of the nearby beaches. Hanalei was a very safe beach for swimming which we loved. Can’t wait to come back! ##### Rebecca O. It was well stocked, very clean and the location is key - a quick drive to everything on the North Shore. It really felt like a home away from home. The owner and his wife are incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. The condo is well equipped with everything you need! We bought groceries at Safeway and made use of the BBQ by the pool.
